Please pass on my thanks to your team for a great job. We had the Police at the door the day after installation asking for video evidence due to a report of young kids trying to break into cars in Bay Road. We checked the time and sure enough on playback we caught them dandy with a terrific image which the police down loaded of the two individuals involved. The police even stated just how unusually clear the captured image was, so the system is already proving useful. The system is really easy to use thankfully but with maintenance support in place I know I can call upon you if assistance is required.
We are now into the 10th year of our association with Webster Security & Fire. At the beginning the contract initially covered the servicing and monitoring of our alarm systems across 5 sites. Now Webster look after Intruder/Fire Alarms Maintenance and Monitoring and now CCTV Systems. We find it much more convenient and cost effective to have these systems look after by one supplier. We recently upgraded systems to HD CCTV. Very happy with the results and coverage.
Our CCTV, Intruder, Access and Fire Systems were previously maintained and supported by various sub contractors. We approached Web Security Systems with a view to them taking over all these services due to their reputation. It was a solid decision. Support and back up service and cost have been excellent.
We approached Web Security Systems to look at our existing alarm system installed by others. After their advice we upgraded our system and were happy with the installation. We also instructed them to install a CCTV system which we are delighted with.
